KEEPS provides services for the development, rehabilitation, and reconstruction of water facilities such as Haffir dams, ponds and Berkeds, environmental rehabilitation such as gully control, the construction of soil bunds for erosion control, water diversion, and irrigation channels.
In addition, road rehabilitation and site clearance are services that KEEPS provides. KEEPS has several heavy equipment items, such as one truck excavator (325CL Caterpillar), one Bulldozer (D6R), one 300FN wheel loader, and other small transport vehicles.

In collaboration with Hargeisa municipality KEEPS has been commissioned to handle solid waste management services in Kodbur district of Hargeisa city. KEEPS implements waste management project with partnership of Hargeisa municipality authority. It generates its revenue from clients in the allotted district of Hargeisa. It is a privately owned company which provides sanitation services of around 15,000 units include normal households and the Internally Displaced (IDPs), commercial entities, stores, Hotels, public and private institutions, restaurants and hospitals in the area. It deals with door to door collection for proper disposal of garbage and other solid waste items such as animal carcass and other awful solid wastes.
